Welcome to Cristo Zablah Creatives! These Sale Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our online store ("Website"). By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

We offer a selection of art, including:
· Limited edition Canvas prints (framed and unframed)
· Customized artwork (personalized per customer specifications)
· Branded merchandise (Limited and unlimited selection may vary over time)
· All product images are for illustrative purposes; colors and details may slightly differ from the final product due to screen settings or production variations.

· All prices are listed in USD.
· Prices exclude applicable sales taxes and shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
· Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
For custom orders, full payment is required before work begins

· Custom orders require clear instructions and any necessary reference materials from the customer.
· We will provide an estimated timeline for completion upon order confirmation.
· Minor revisions may be included, but extensive changes after work that has started may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate copyright laws

· Standard orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
· Custom orders may take longer, with estimated timelines provided at purchase.
· We ship worldwide, primarily to the UK, USA, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
· Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
· Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
· We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

· We offer a full customer satisfaction policy for our customers. If they are not happy with the product due to it being faulty, damaged, or any other quality issues, we will replace canvas prints or, if necessary, offer a full refund.
· This policy applies to individual customers only and does not extend to wholesale customers or customers purchasing more than $1000 in canvas prints or related products. These cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
· All artwork is printed to order; therefore, unless the product is faulty, artwork is non-refundable.
· We do not hold inventory or stock as an art gallery would.
· In cases of ordering errors or a change of mind after the product has been printed, we will review each order individually. If deemed appropriate, we may offer a replacement at cost, provided the customer covers the replacement cost.

· We collect personal information such as name, email, shipping address, and payment details to process orders and provide customer support.
· Personal information may also be used for marketing purposes, such as sending promotions or updates, but customers may opt out at any time.
· We take security seriously and implement measures to protect customer data.
· We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).

· All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Cristo Zablah Creatives.
· Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed upon.

· We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
· We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
